How my journey began

Wayne has been in sales for the last 20 years. Prior to that he spent ten years in the New Zealand Army in a Specialist Parachuting Unit serving in New Zealand and overseas. He thrived on the discipline and demanding standards of the Army. Carrying forward into business he has striven to master the tool of selling and negotiating. Now as an experienced negotiator and Auctioneer he owns five award winning real estate offices, and is also a partner in a Property Management business, a Life Insurance business and a Financial Loans business. Wayne has also completed three Post Graduate Business Diplomas, was awarded the Sales Manager of the Year by the New Zealand Sales and Marketing Institute, of which he went on to serve as the President. Within real estate, he has called and negotiated over one billion dollars in sales, more than 10,000 auctions. Now for the first time his industry leading techniques, knowledge and skills are being offered to salespeople and business people outside of his own companies.
